We want you to buy with confidence anytime you purchase products on the Irrigation Direct Canada website. If ever you are dissatisfied with an item, contact us to return or exchange it. SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIESShipping and Handling Rates Shipping is free on orders of $175 or more within Canada and includes tubing and drip tape. Free shipping is only applicable for orders placed online. For any special order sales freight must be negotiated on a case by case basis. $0-50 $12.50 $50-100 $17.50 $100-175 $20.00 $175 and up Free Orders For Pick Up Orders can be picked up at our Burlington Warehouse by appointment only. Pick Up orders must be placed on-line or by phone a minimum of 24 hours prior to pick up. Once your order is complete you will receive a notification indicating your order is ready for pick up. Remote Areas and Islands: Although we try our best to stand by our shipping polices, we may assess additional shipping charges on large tubing items to remote areas and islands. PO Box's: Where shipping costs to PO boxes is prohibitive, we may require a physical address to ship to certain destinations. Shipping Costs For Additions To Existing Orders: As a Convenience to our customers IDC offers the ability to add forgoten items to existing orders. Shipping is not charged on additions to existing orders. However due to administrative costs, orders cannot be combined to eliminate existing shipping charges on original orders if charges were applied. ReturnsThe following is a summary of our return policy: 30 Day Returns: Items returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund (less a 15% re-stocking fee) provided items are returned in their original packaging, are unused, and free of any damage or mark of wear and tear. We do not refund return shipping cost, shipping costs charged on the original invoice, and will deduct any shipping costs incurred by us on orders originally qualifying for free shipping. 60 Day Returns: Items returned within 60 days of receipt are eligible for a full credit (less a 10% re-stocking fee) to be used on our site provided items are returned in their original packaging, are unused, and free of any damage or mark of wear and tear. We do not refund return shipping cost, shipping costs charged on the original invoice, and will deduct any shipping costs incurred by us on orders originally qualifying for free shipping. Special Volume Purchases: Special large volume purchases returned due to incorrectly ordered items are will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. If you wish to return an item that is not eligible for return please contact us via email and we will at times determine a re-stocking fee dpepending on the nature of the item and the circumstances pertaining to the order. A minimum re-stocking charge of 20% will apply to any items being returned under these circumstances. For all orders pertaining to design services products returned will be automatically assessed a 20% re-stocking fee if returned within 30 days of receipt. Return Process: If you would like to return items, please contact us via email to ensure your products are elible for return stating your original order number for reference. Unit 17 Burlington, ON L7L 6A5 Damaged or Defective Products When you receive your package(s) please inspect it carefully as well as the items included. It is typical for shipping boxes to endure some wear during transit. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please call or email us with specific information regarding damaged or defective products. Undelivered Orders If we have shipped your order and it has yet to be received you must notify us within 90 days of the completion date of the order. We assume all packages have been delivered unless notified within this period, and cannot access tracking information after this time has expired. Delivered Items and Porch Piracy: Unfortunately we do not cover items stolen from your delivery address if proof of delivery has been obtained by the courier company used. If porch piracy is a problem in your area we suggest sending your package to a secure address or request signature needed on your package. Additional charges may apply if special shipping is required. Irrigation Direct Canada Limited Warranties Irrigation Direct Canada warrants that the product(s) is/are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty coverage lasts for a period of two (2) years starting from the date of purchase. This excludes items with specific warranty provisions in which case the warranty period will be that stated by the manufacturer. This warranty is conditioned upon the proper installation and use of the product(s) and does not cover defects or damages from a) accidents, misuse, abuse neglect or unusual physical stress to the product b) defects or damages from improper installation, testing, operation maintenance or adjustment and c) improper combination with third party products not suitable for use with the product(s). During the applicable warranty period, Irrigation Direct Canada will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective product(s).
